Rethink! Connected Customer 360°

In addition to the issue of the strongly besieged stand, we also conducted a live demonstration session under the "Tech Take" during which we presented to both participants from Switzerland and Germany both CREAM and ALAN Systems.

We showed the ease of integration of information and functions from external tools to customer communication and business processes. We also created a new dashboard, we used external information in the contact book as well as help and campaign matters.

The conference must be considered successful.
