Version 17.12 is above all a more efficient service of sales processes. We have prepared two major improvements: the automation of creating cases for orders and easy navigation between matters and orders.
The first - consists in the possibility of defining specific rules in the system, which on the basis of the status, price or characteristics of the contract creates appropriate matters for its handling. In the longer term, it helps you to service the order more efficiently, and to better capture statistically what type of orders and when they are supported.
The second improvement is, above all, better order visibility in the case view, in the Linked tab. This tab has also been supplemented with the option to attach an additional order or transfer it to another matter. In turn, in the order view, there was the possibility of joining it to an existing one or creating a new case for it.
