By doing many things in the course of the matter, we expect the system to simplify the navigation for us and reduce the number of clicks needed to achieve the solution.
This is the theme of the new improvement package that enriches matters and introduces such new products:
- start the case automatically by starting a task in it,
- automatic solution of the case after completing the required steps,
- automatic transfer to the next step in the matter after the current solution,
- automatic generation of the case name from customer data.
We have also enriched the functionality of detecting plan conflicts during activity planning. Currently, participants for whom a plan conflict has been identified will be marked in orange, while conflict previews are available directly next to the "Participants" or "Assigned to" box. Just click the orange "Attention" icon.
